Background.
Galleria Riga is a dynamic lifestyle and shopping destination situated at 67 Dzirnavu Street in the heart of Latvia's capital. Spanning eight floors, the center houses a curated selection of international fashion brands (& Other Stories, COS, H&M, Mango, Lindex), premium beauty retailers (Madara, Douglas), Riga's largest MyFitness gym, the Workland coworking hub, and an active rooftop terrace featuring 360-degree panoramic views over the historic city skyline alongside diverse dining options.
To bridge the gap between the physical destination and visitors' digital everyday lives, Galleria Riga needed a modernized, scalable, and user-centered digital presence. To kick off the project, our team traveled down to Riga to hold an immersive on-site workshop. Being on location allowed us to experience the unique atmosphere firsthand, observe visitor flows through the eight floors, and capture all the physical details that make Galleria Riga special.

The challenges.
When we started, there was no visual connection between the physical space and the digital experience. The brand lacked a cohesive design system, unified visual branding, and a red thread connecting digital touchpoints.
We began with a thorough discovery phase, mapping out all existing assets—including brand imagery, typography, and color palettes—alongside Google Analytics data to gain a deep understanding of user behavior and navigation habits. Based on these insights, we developed and presented three distinct visual directions for the new concept. One winning direction was chosen, which was then expanded into a complete design system, web design, and a refreshed look-and-feel for all brand photography and conceptual assets.

The result was a modern, user-centric brand identity and digital experience. that seamlessly bridges Galleria Riga’s physical destination with their online presence, positioning them for continued growth and deeper visitor engagement in the market
