Foodle understands that sharing a delicious meal with loved ones can be the highlight of the day, but when time is short, inspiration is lacking, and everyone can’t agree on what to eat, it can quickly become a challenge. Foodle addresses these common dilemmas by focusing exclusively on food delivery, aiming to make the “home delivery” experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. By offering a diverse range of cuisines delivered in a single run, Foodle allows everyone at the table to choose their preferred dishes. Managing both the preparation and delivery of the food with their own team, Foodle ensures complete control over the entire process.
In 2024, Foodle selected CC Projects to enhance their digital presence and streamline their service. They aimed to design and develop an innovative solution that integrates seamlessly with their kitchen and logistics operations. The project involved creating Sweden's first ghost kitchen solution—a model that focuses solely on delivery, eliminating the need for a physical dine-in space and minimizing overhead costs.
The challenges.
We developed a user-friendly website that allows customers to place orders easily and choose from a wide variety of cuisines. Our team designed an order management system specifically tailored to the ghost kitchen model, optimizing the kitchen’s workflow and coordinating logistics through a cloud-based platform. This integration connects the customer’s ordering experience with the kitchen and delivery operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
The result was a groundbreaking digital solution that highlights Foodle’s commitment to providing an exceptional home dining experience. By implementing Sweden’s first ghost kitchen model, we enabled Foodle to maintain full control over their operations and set a new standard in the delivery space. With this innovative system in place, Foodle is well-prepared for future growth and continued success.
